A: The web site migration service provided by FaithTech is absolutely free and consists of transferring all your files, databases and e–mails from your present web hosting provider to your new web hosting account with us. We will also update all the settings needed for your websites to be completely operational on our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are completely capable of moving just about any website. With years of work experience in the industry, they’re well–versed in the inner workings of our hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other famous Control Panels. For them, moving a custom–made web application with numerous custom libraries is as elementary as moving a plain WordPress–based blog.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time frame, because there are lots of factors, including the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to move your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the content is not very large).

A: We will require the login information for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel and the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Nah. We will never contact your hosting provider about anything at all. They will not be aware of the website migration either.

A: We can migrate your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform so long as we can gain access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we can’t transfer are the ones based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
